October Challenge: Find A Cozy Story This Autumn

This month’s challenge is to pick 1 magical book from the library shelves. As the leaves turn gold and orange, there is no better time to curl up with a friendly ghost story or a pumpkin-filled adventure!
Libraries are enchanted places full of whimsical tales, autumn mysteries, and heartwarming characters just waiting to be checked out for free. During these crisp October nights, our local libraries are hosting a special Spooky Stories celebration! This is a festive national reading event for children that runs throughout the month of October. Every young reader is invited to join the harvest of books and experience the magic of storytelling under the glow of a jack-o'-lantern. This challenge is all about delight, and every child who reads just one festive tale is a library hero – and joining the autumn fun is totally free!
